1. Introduction

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the 777ap Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all bonus funds, and potential forfeiture of winnings derived from bonus play. Players who inadvertently create a duplicate account must notify 777ap support immediately.

3. Account Responsibility

Where a player deposits using a method that involves a currency other than PKR (for example, USDT), the conversion to PKR will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 777ap is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Visa, and Mastercard are credited to your 777ap account instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance, depending on the processing times of the relevant banking institution. USDT deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation, typically within 30 minutes. 777ap bears no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by 777ap within one (1) business day of submission under normal conditions. The time taken for funds to reach your designated payment account will depend on the method selected. Players must use the same payment method for withdrawals as used for their most recent qualifying deposit, subject to technical availability. 777ap reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of a conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. 6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All casino games offered on the 777ap Platform — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, live dealer games, slot machines, and RNG table games — operate using certified random number generation technology or live dealer dealing procedures overseen by the relevant game providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of 777ap and cannot be influenced or manipulated by 777ap or any third party. 777ap makes no guarantee of any particular outcome in any game.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game interruption during an active gaming session, 777ap will use best efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game state. Where a game state cannot be recovered, the wager placed on the affected round will be refunded to your account balance. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. 777ap's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

7.4 Palpable Errors

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ap Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their funds withheld pending investigation, and their details reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 777ap.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by 777ap

777ap may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 777ap is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority; (c) 777ap suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account; or (d) 777ap determines, at its sole discretion, that continuing to provide services to you poses an unacceptable risk.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your 777ap account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 777ap will process any valid pending withdrawal of your available account balance, subject to these Terms. 12.3 Effect of Termination
